I'm a newcomer to your site. This my cyber introduction or something like that. I will try to keep it short as my journey to becoming a Messianic and learning has spanned 15 years. Learned of the two-house teaching---Starting questioning the names or generic titles---learned of Torah---stopped working on the Sabbath---started observing Yahuah's feasts During this time I have been comparing various Bibles. Where my wife and I live we aren't aware of anyone with similar beliefs. So I value an oppurtunity to communicate with like-minded believers.Maybe I can learn some more from participating here.

Greetings and shalom Torah4life,
Pleased to see you here and I hope to see you posting. Where abouts are you from? We are kind of in the same position as you. There are not many around us with similar beliefs; but, halleluYah we manage to have fellowship here and there with other like-minded believers.
If your wife is interested there is also a women's forum, but she would have to join under her own user name to access it. If she chooses to, all she has to do is send a private message to Chayil Ishshah and she will give her access.
May Yahuah's blessings be upon you both,
~Greg and dawn

Greetings and shalom to you Watchman. We live outside of Bruce,WI. The closest Sabbath keeping organization is 25 miles away and that's an SDA church. I don't care for organized religion/churches and just can't see using generic titles like the churches do. So we study and learn as much as we can by ourselves.
Thanks for the information about the women's forum for my wife.
Looking forward to fellowship on this forum. May Yahuah bless you both.

It is my understanding that Y'hvah brings each to his truth in their own path, as they are ready. The titles "LORD" and "God" are not, in and of themselves, a barrier to righteousness. They ARE imperfect, as I think you understand. Fellowship with the SDA church, it i not sinful. Use the proper name, and perhaps it will spark discussion. Organized religion has problems, but I feel the benefit of having a focused sabbath day event outweighs the downside of being around people who have not understood the set-apart name.

besides not using the "Names," the sda church "celebrates" all the pagan days that the world calls christian. they don't follow any of the other laws in the Torah except for the cyclical 7th day sabbath and refraining from unclean meats (because they promote vegetarianism). i don't see how the benefits outweigh the negatives. i know some members of a local sda church and overheard one of them asking the minister how they could convince a person they were trying to convert to give up keeping the Scriptural Kodesh Moeds (the Feasts and set apart days, in other words). shalom, chosen

...I'm not saying ppl should or should not attend an SDA assembly. The only comment I have is - at least they believe in the Messiah; misunderstandings about Who He is and what He came to do, but belief in Messiah. May they receive more light concerning Him.
